• Gender Balance: The event will be gender-balanced.

• Access: Only confirmed participants with a completed registration may attend. No walk-ins allowed.

• Passes: Full marathon passes only; no single-night tickets.

• Method: Online registration via the website is mandatory.

• Partner Policy: Couple registrations are encouraged to maintain balance. Changes from couple to single status are not permitted.

• Payment Policy: Couple spots are confirmed only upon receipt of both fees.

• Refunds: Bookings are final and non-refundable. Transfers require organizer approval.

• Agreement: Registration implies full acceptance of the "House Rules."

• Eligibility: Membership of TangoEvents APS is mandatory for all participants.

Payment & Confirmation If your registration is accepted, you will receive an invitation to pay the marathon fee. Your participation is only guaranteed once payment is received and you have been issued a final confirmation.

Couple Registrations For couple registrations with separate payments, both partners will be officially confirmed only after both fees have been received.

Payment Terms Payments must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the payment invitation. Please ensure the payment is made on time to secure your spot. If you encounter any issues with the deadline, please contact us immediately; otherwise, your registration may be cancelled without further notice.

Bank Fees & Details Payment details will be provided in the confirmation email. Please ensure that all bank transfer fees are covered by the sender, as the registration fee must be received as a net amount. For international SEPA transfers, please select the appropriate option to avoid deductions.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Early Bird Registration Please note that the deposit for Early Bird registrations is non-refundable.

Standard Registration (from April 14, 2025) If you are unable to attend after completing your payment, please notify us at info@bolognatangomarathon.it. You may choose one of the following two options:

1. Pass Transfer (Substitution) You may find a replacement participant of the same gender. All substitutions must be submitted for approval and include all required participant data.

• Deadline: Transfers must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the marathon.

• Late Changes: No substitutions or changes will be accepted after this deadline.

2. Refund Policy Refunds are processed according to the following schedule (bank fees will be deducted from the total):

• 70% Refund: For cancellations communicated by September 30th.

• No Refund: No refunds or substitutions will be granted starting from October 1st.

Photo & Video Release

Media Capture By attending the Amarcord Bologna Tango Marathon, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event.

Grant of Rights By registering, you grant TangoEvents APS (the Organizer) the irrevocable right to take photographs and/or recordings of you. You further grant the perpetual right to use your likeness, image, or voice (collectively, "Image"), without compensation, for any legitimate purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, broadcasting or exhibition across any medium, such as Social Media, Official Websites, and promotional materials.

Waiver of Claims You hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the Organizer from any and all claims, actions, or demands arising out of the use of your Image. All finished pictures and recordings remain the property of the Organizer to be used without limitation or reservation.
